What is Microneedling?

Microneedling, also known as Collagen Induction Therapy, uses a sterile needle cartridge to create tiny micro-channels in the skin to trigger a healing process. This stimulates the skin to produce collagen and elastin.

The result is smoother, more luminous skin with a reduced appearance of scars and firming and tightening of the skin.

Qualifying as a Beauty Therapist in 1990 I have over 30 year's experience in the industry. Since then, I have worked at several salons in and around the Surrey area and also worked as a tutor at Guildford College training the next generation of Beauty professionals.

I successfully ran my own salon, Beauty at Bliss located at Epsom downs, from 2010-2020. Now, I am delighted to welcome you to my new salon, The Garden Sanctuary. Here in my cosy new studio, I can offer an extensive range of treatments with my knowledge and skills and as a skin therapist. My focus is on skin health with treatments tailored to individual requirements.

I have used Dermalogica products both personally and professionally for over 20 years and I became a Dermalogica expert in 2018.

With my experience, great products and face mapping skin analysis my aim is to ensure you achieve great results every visit!

Helen is such a lovely therapist! She makes me feel completely comfortable and at ease, provides a great range of treatments, and always ensures they're the right treatments for my skin type and concerns. I recently had a series of peels done, each topped up with the LED light therapy, and these have greatly improved the tone and texture of my usually dull and congested skin. I've also had the scalp and hot stone massages, which were wonderfully relaxing. I will definitely continue to explore other treatments and services Helen has to offer :)
